When I exclude, copy or add questions in a client template, they are not reflected in an open review.
This is intended behavior. Changes to an existing Client Template will not affect any open reviews. Those changes will only be reflected when a new review is created.
To see changes made to a Client Template a new review needs to be created.
Note: Items cannot be removed from a review. In this instance, mark those questions as N/A. Once a review has been created the questions it contains cannot be edited in any way.
